CHALLENGE: To analyze and find the optimal market for launching EdTech Start-up
SOLUTION
Conducted market research for EdTech start-ups. Based on PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, demand analysis and competitive analysis, we selected the optimal market for the launch and developed a Go-to-Market strategy.
CHALLENGE: Estimate Customer Aquisition Cost for a credit product in the new market, measure the price sensitivity
SOLUTION
Developed 2 versions of landing pages with different product conditions and different credit cost calculators. Estimated the cost of attraction in different channels, simulating a funnel close to real onboarding. We compared conversions and CAC in 2 versions and recommended the optimal product for launch.

SOLUTION
We conducted a series of interviews with candidates (more than 10) in English and developed a test task. Based on the results, we assesed the applicants by several criteria (inc. analytical skills, relevance of experience, communication skills). After that we set targets for the finalist and supervised performance during the trial period.
